"I know I keep going on and on about how much you have helped us with Ludo but I really can't tell you how grateful I am that I met you and just wish I had done so before taking advice from a local dog training school. I was given advice completely opposite to the advice you gave me, i.e. hold him tight, put your face in his and shout at him!! He is already a nervous wreck so, as you can imagine, that just made him worse.
